ref3230输出电压仅有2.01V-2.67V

购买了10片REF3230AIDBVT，表面丝印R320，电路板输入电压5V，电路如下图所示。

现象：

1号板：3230输出电压2.67V，并且上下浮动不稳定

2号板：3230输出电压2.45V，并且上下浮动不稳定

3号板：3230输出电压2.01V，并且上下浮动不稳定

将输出负载R13和R17去掉，未发生任何变化。

提问：是否该批次芯片有问题？
