请问一下VIN和负压VOUT之间的启动电容的作用是什么，我看BUCK-BOOST中没有用到启动电容啊？它们的区别是什么呢？是在IC内部MOS关断时，和电感一起给电容充电吗？

VIN和负压VOUT之间的电容是输入稳压电容。可以看作是buck芯片的输入电容。
