TI有没有6V输出的DC/DC芯片?要求体积小,电流几百毫安就够了,

输入电压的范围多少？是需要Buck, Boost, 还是buck-boost?
如果是降压您采用显性稳压器LDO，您可以选TPS73801,最大1A输出，体积非常小。
或者选择带电感的DC/DC转换器，您可以选择TPS54040, 最大0.5A电流输出， TPS62050, 最大0.8A输出。
