百度了一些资料，说PBI电压等于PACK电压。

但RHOEN这个使能位，什么条件下导通这个上拉电源呢？

现在，我另外一个疑问是，press or shutdn引脚内部拉了PBI电源作为上拉电源，然后它里有一个RHOEN控制，如上图所示；
