我做了一个DEMO板，方案采用的是TPS54240+TPS2511，电路图与TI推荐的电路基本一样，TPS2511限流电阻为22k，因为TPS54240没到，我先 测试TPS2511了的功能，我将一个可调开关电源输出的5V接到TPS2511的输入端，发现给IPAD2充电是最大电流只有1A，给NOTE2充电时电流在0.5A以下，我用示波器量发现TPS2511的D-脚（7脚）和D+（6脚）脚无论我接IPAD2或是NOTE2始终都为2.0V和2.7V，请问造成这个现象的原因是什么？
