看内部框图用的 NMOS ,芯片自带 reverse voltage 保护，此情况下是否是 NMOS 体二极管漏电导致，谢谢！
亲，这是典型沟道漏电现象。有可能器件被电击伤了。不知这批器件失效率多高？从哪购得？
