BQ76952温度测量设置的内部上拉电阻为18K,通过数据手册知道其上拉电源为1.8V,假如现在外界温度为25℃,那么NTC的阻值为10K,此时TS1(用TS1通道测量温度)引脚的分压值应该为640mV,而实际用万用表测量电压值为30mV左右,并且该值跳动比较厉害,这是什么原因呐?

您好,The temperature sense on the device pulses so measuring with a multimeter that integrates the measurement won't be a good indicator of the actual voltage across the thermistor during measurements. The peak seems to be about 600mV which is what you were expecting for the correct value, so I believe there is no issue with the device.
您好,Looking at the data you've sent this seems normal. The polynomial is never perfect and there is always at least a little inaccuracy with the temperature measurements due to outside factors. The accuracy can be improved with calibration by following the steps for temperature calibration given in the BQ769x2 Calibration and OTP Programming Guide.
