安装之后打不开，以管理员身份运行的话闪一下命令框就没了。

我这边下载下来没有发现上述问题，你需要确认一下你的电脑系统，
另外就是确认一下你所注册的账户。
版本 Windows 11 家庭中文版 Insider Preview版本 22H2安装日期 2023/10/15操作系统版本 23565.1000序列号 PF1B5N9S体验 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.23565.1000.0
注册的账号是TI账号吗，s_shuaiqiang@163.com
我用的是Windows 10 Pro，建议试试看。
