   TI的工程师好！

   BQ28z610-r1单节的产品，8000mAh,客户放电后发现能充充电，电压电流显示正常，但是电量百分比一直为0，用EV2300读取后发出了full charge capacity 显示2,充电时Remaining capacity 一直是0，出厂前电池有做正常的学习，客户也用了10多个循环后才出现的。然后发送RESET命令又恢复正常了。帮忙看下是什么情况会出现这样的不良现象？
