在1串設計應用上 bq40z50-R1 是否能直接推動 VGS = 4.5V gate 電壓 MOS 系列選型
還是只能選擇 VGS = 2.5V gate 或 VGS =1.8V gate 的MOS
您好，The BQ40z50-R1 require a FET with a Vgs of 10V at least. The Charge pump will shift the voltage of the gate about 10V above the source of the FET. Having a FET with Vgs 4.5 might damage it.
