要求是24V输入，14V输出，4.9A电流驱动7路并联4串1 LED，我们接的RSNS是0.05R，但实际测试出来的电流是2.2A,请问一下能这样驱动并联的LED吗

测试一下sense电阻上是否有noise影响到LED电流。 同时你需要注意7并4串LED需要做匹配的也就是每一路的LED总Vf一致。
noise是什么产生的，PCB layout 吗

对的，很可能是layout 不好就会引起sense电阻上有较大的noise。
