请教一下，用的BQ34Z100电量计IC，在做低温补偿数据时出现的问题，上传补偿数据后如下图TI回复问题，附件低温补偿需要上传的数据和chemical ID返回的数据ID，5377这个ID是官网返回来推荐的ID，这个问题我需要怎么进入下一步，谢谢. 相关文件请参考上传文档。

您好，请确认CHEM ID报告推荐的ID是5377，看您的压缩文件中写ID是5895

您好，ID5377-temp compensation.rarGPCCHEM返回了两个ID，一个5377，一个5895，两个ID都试了，都是报错上面的截图错误，附件是5377的低温补偿数据，您再帮忙看看，谢谢

您好，This means that the loaded voltage was higher than the OCV (unloaded open-circuit voltage) of chem ID at some point during the low temp discharge. If GPCCHEM gave you other chemIDs which were also reasonable matches, you can try to run GPCRA and GPCRB with those chemIDs instead and see if you do not get the error. You can also try to use a slightly higher current during the low temp discharge to ensure the voltage drops below the OCV voltage.
