之所以说是电源回路的怪现象。
是因为遇到过做快瞬或浪涌的时候，对着电源回路打，结果最后发现不是电源模块的问题，而是其它板的问题。
不知道大家有没有遇到过？
这很正常，说明设计时没考虑电源负载板的情况。
关键是它是跟电源板有关吗？
为什么同样的电源用在别的装置，一点问题都没有呢？
不管怎样，浪涌后都会有干扰到电源输出线上。
如果输出没有加抗干扰措施，一样抑制不了。
