Hi,准备设计一款具有并包输出功能电BMS,大致框图如附件,请帮忙这个设计是否能够正常运行。

基本需求如下:

1、电池组为13S,额定输出功率6000W(AFE决定选用bq76952)

2、增加一组并包MOS控制,暂定使用bq76200

3、PM+为副电池包正端

相关疑问点:

  1. 附件的框图是否可行?
  2. 并包的控制MOS方向是否合理?
  3. 在主电池包MOS(Q1、Q2)全部关断情况下是否能够正常驱动并包MOS(Q3)导通?
  4. 若该方案可行,bq76200的BAT、PACK引脚如何处理,以及Q3使用哪路进行驱动
  5. 切换时准备按主电池包Q1关断→Q3导通→副电池包输出,此逻辑是否合理

    This looks reasonable, although you likely will want a second FET back-to-back with Q3 so that you can control when the backup battery both charges and discharges.

    Rather than using the bq76200 and discrete FETs for the backup battery, I recommend taking a look at TI's portfolio of high-side switches; they will likely provide a more robust solution compared to using the bq76200.

    The switching logic sounds reasonable.
