我學習完之後 , RA TABLE如下 , 當我生成.DFI後 , 再將,DFI導入後 , 為何XCELL0 R_a flag 變成了FFFF ,
請問這是正常的嗎 ? 感謝
你可以把CELL0 R_A flag改为0055再导出DFI试一下，正常来说CELL0或者XCELL0需要有一个是0055说明是当前使用的Ra table，且内阻和QMAX更新过。
