UCC27511A-Q1: the output pulsed （0.5us）sink current is 8A，what voltage is Vdd？？？？？？

Our customer's concern is: can safe operation be ensured when the parasitic capacitance of the driving MOSFET is relatively large and the VDD is 20V when the driving lower tube is turned on?
