半桥驱动芯片选型

TI的半桥驱动芯片很多，但是又额外死区时间设置的芯片应该没有，见驱动芯片表单: https://www.ti.com.cn/zh-cn/power-management/gate-drivers/half-bridge-drivers/products.html
如果需要更短死区时间的芯片，你可以缩小范围查找，例如设置母线电压等， 缩小饭后后再选择死区时间最小的芯片。
