您好，我在13.56MHz的频率下用UCC27611驱动氮化镓GS66516，电路图如下：

但是UCC27611的输出无法正常工作：

即使我放置了10uF的电容，VREF引脚输出还是不稳定，GATE信号不连续。可以告诉我怎么改进，或者UCC27611不能在频率超过10MHz的情况下给GS66516驱动吗？
