  • 您好, If the BQ76952 reports inaccurate values after calibration (assuming calibration was done correctly), then it is likely that one of the VREFs has changed in value significantly relative to the other (This is very odd, we've never seen this before.). To check this, a read on DASTATUS5() can be done. 

    If the VREF bit is set in the Settings:Permanent Failure:Enabled PF C, this will trigger a PF if the reported value from the first two bytes of DASTATUS5() is below 26223 or above 32051 for four seconds

    您回复的是芯片做诊断的判断条件,比如超出26223-32051的范围,以及主机如何使能这个功能等等。

    但我们想知道怎么去验证,比如用什么方法,故意让这个PF触发出来

  • 您好, I do not believe there is a way to test these as they are diagnostic checks done by internal IC components and comparators. At least for the VSS and VREF permanent failure tests.
