当左边光耦导通时，UCC23514S的两脚分别输出高电平和低电平，这一点没问题，那如果左边光耦关断，该器件的两输出脚会有高低电平输出吗？

关断时就是低电平输出。
你可以在datasheet上看到输入，输出端的时序，例如datasheet第16页图7-1.， 根据这个来判定。
