UC3842通过RTCT来产生三角波，那么如何从外部改变他的占空比呢？这个三角波有什么作用呢？

RC震荡是用于产生恒定频率的CLK(或周期), 而在这个周期里芯片comp脚分压将和Isesen脚三角波切割形成占空比。
Isesen不是过流检测脚吗？哪里来的三角波
或者说，如何设置固定占空比呢？
从上面方框图看，comp脚经过2个二极管后再分压1/3给到PWM比较器，而另一端就是Isense，这两者比较得到占空比。
Isense同时兼顾过载保护。
