2个Vout必须连接在一起，layout建议严格参考datasheet.
另外请问你芯片哪里买的？
排除焊接因素，问题就是在于没有把2个 Vout连一起吗？第一次接触这个芯片，还得重新打板验证

我主要是担心你芯片有质量问题。
同时Vout是必须连接在一起的，但是即便没有连接在一起轻载启动不应该有问题。
其他看起来没有问题。
