目前TI已经不再提供芯片marking含义查询，我们也没有相关信息。
对于芯片，建议直接找TI购买(或者找你们长期合作的渠道上购买), 可以确保芯片质量。TI判定芯片质量的唯一标准是购货渠道。
一般包装上是有date code的。
