I use TPS54231 for two buck switcher designs :5V-to-1.2V and 5V-to-1.0V .There have same problems.
Below is the output. Green is 5V.Yellow is ouput.Pink is the SS pin.Blue is the PH pin.
Below is the schematic.
Step1 :I noticed the SS capacitor is too big.But the article on the forum told that is ok. I change the capacitor to 22nf. The problem remains.
Step2 :I added the 1 Meg resistor in parallel with the SS capacitor(0.1uf). The problem remains.
If the chip boots up repeatedly and frequently, It will reduce a large overshot.
I wonder if there is a reasonable explanation.

建议你先用芯片官网的在线仿真webench确认一下电路。
你说的overshot.是第二通道的波形吗?

没有其他芯片包括TPS54231, 都没有出现在SS脚增加电阻的设计方式。
这个现象确实是很奇怪,如果你验证和芯片以及电感都无关的话,只能再确认一下layout,注意尽量参考datasheet,特别是功率回路尽量小。原因是从波形看是启动之初触发了过载保护,一般是可以调软起动的,但是问题一般处在电感和layout上。
