UCC12040的规格说明可以防Surge ，但是ESD性能只能到3kv，所以我需要用于8KV 的ESD 测试的话，是否需要UCC12040之前再放个TVS管？

按照datasheet提供的规格ESD只有3kV, 不建议用更高的电压8kV.
