应该是模型的问题，转换成-15V没有问题，注意负压与Vin之间也需要一个稳压电容。

我想也应该是仿真模型的问题，最终我再打样实测确认吧
ps：用TI提供的LM22670、LM22673、LM22676、LM22677、LM22678、LM22679仿真模型都仿真过，仿真异常现象是一样的。
好的，参照datasheet设计即可。如上注意负压输出与Vin之间也需要一个稳压电容。
