如波形图，CH3是输入，ch4是输出，输入12V，输出5.2，在低温-40度启动时，输出电压波形正常吗

虽然没有测试过-40℃下的波形，但是从上面看是有问题的。
建议你将SS电容，boot电容都适当加大一些，看能否改善？
如果没有改善，建议你确认一下layout，建议严格参照datasheet推荐，因为从波形看启动瞬间有不稳定的电流限制。
