At Vin:12V switching waveform can cursor duration time, but Vin:54V switching waveform can not cursor because the waveform negative DC level can not return -0.6V

上面波型是Vin 12V時候 負電壓測的波型會回到DC level -0.6V 這樣我就可以刻超過AC SPEC時符合deration 時間5ns 都算pass,
上面波型是Vin 54V 目前都無法回彈回去DC level -0.6V 所以導致我不能刻 deration 去判斷波型是不是pass
再幫忙看一下是不是因為Vin 54V 跟12V 他們兩個電壓會影響dead time daration導致 54V會一直處於負電壓??
