PCB的中间层，线宽和线的间距设置多大比较合适？这2个参数对不同的频率有设计规则吗？
HI 我这边没有这个规格，一般中间层的GND可以用于芯片散热（通过芯片底部Powerpad打孔连接中间层散热）。
