客户使用TPS92515 做LED 驱动时,常温下TPS92515HV 芯片表面温度达到160度的高温,附件是客户的原理图及PCB 图,能否帮忙review 下客户的设计是否有问题?客户的设计有哪些措施可以改进散热性能?谢谢!

        160℃是严重偏高的,你需要确认功率电感饱和电流是否足够大? 芯片底部Powerpad是否充分与PCB焊接,并扩展GND面积用于芯片散热。最后就是确认一下芯片各个Pin脚是否有过压现象?
