在使用LM25118时，设计12V输出，接上电源后，输出电压和基准电压都在跳变。调整输入电压，输出电压最大只能到7V左右，再增大输入电压也没有变化。

首先确认功率电感饱和电流是否足够大？
其次确认电流限制CS脚是否有较大noise？ 建议你严格参考datasheet layout。
另外就是layout上特别注意功率回路尽量小。
