用示波器测试到芯片HG与LG脚负压很大，HG负压最低值到-10.8V，LG负压最低值到-8.8V，怎么能减小这个负压值CH1：下边mos管Vds，CH2：芯片HG脚波形，CH3；芯片LG脚波形

将R89/R90去掉。
另外你确认一下芯片GND的电压： 电压表测试负极接输入电压源的GND, 正极测芯片GND, 低边MOS的GND, 看是否也是负压？
将R89和R90去掉后波形如上图，CH1：低边mos管Vds，CH2：HG电压波形，CH3：LG电压波形
LED灯输出异常了，电压表测试负极接输入电压源的GND, 正极测芯片GND, 低边MOS的GND, 没有负压，电压几乎等于0
另外我们设计的LED电流是20A，采样电阻使用0.01欧

以波形为准，电压表测试不准，因为负压开关瞬间产生的。
