用tps92641芯片做LED驱动，没有满载时测试下边mos管Vds电压波形，上升沿与下降沿都有几个频率很高（60-70MHz）的负脉冲，请问这个负脉冲的来源是哪里？有没有什么措施能改善这个负脉冲？上升沿时候的负脉冲最小值-12V，下降沿时候的负脉冲最小值-6V

从你描述看，建议你确认一下layout， 建议你严格参考datasheet上的layout，特别注意SW，和驱动走线的layout， 以及功率回路尽量小。
