1.想利用charger 在没有充电的情况下，读出电池电量不足的状态？是否可以从I2C读出或者其它方式读出？
2.48页 bit1可以读出是否在充电和充满电的状态时这样？
亲；都是可疑的。但是无论如何都是IC在带电情况下才可疑操作。
