使用Webench生成的设计，使用贴在水冷板上散热，其它位置温度都不高，在50℃左右。但主芯片温度有78℃，该问题如何解决。感谢！

78℃不算很高，如果你想再降低一些，需要注意如下：
1. 确认底部Powerpad是否充分与GND焊接，并扩展GND面积用于散热（包括如果是4层板，打孔中间层GND,用于散热）？
2. 适当降低频率。
3， 选择Qg更小的MOS.
那我试试4颗MOS，上下管各去掉一颗；

一般不建议并联MOS, 选择电流稍微大一点的MOS都是可以的。
