想要实现：电池非满电情况下，插入VBUS可以给电池充电，SYS 由VBUS提供。
问题描述：先接VBUS，再接电池，可以正常充电。但是先接电池，再接VBUS无法进行充电。VBUS 5.2V 电池满电时4.2V 电池当前电源3.9V
其他信息：SYS 负载190ma 电路图如下：
对了充电异常时. STST 、PD_N引脚高电平。
