我的一款产品用到BQ25895这款芯片 使用12V 15W的单晶太阳能板对单节18650锂电池进行充电，但当我使用电脑USB口进行充电时显示充电正常，当插上太阳能板后无法充电，读取寄存器0BH返回值为02H，读取13H返回值为19H，下面是我的寄存器初始化值，是寄存器配置的问题吗？
