我们客户端反馈有几个电池无电压（使用BQ4050方案 IC），重新充电激活后电压恢复正常，通过上位机读取发现电池有1次Shutdown记录，请确认下什么条件会造成电池shutdown；
另外我们通过上位机读取Lifetime界面电池运行时间270-280H，我们验证将电池Shutdown放置3-4H重新激活读取，发现电池在Shutdown状态还在计算运行时间（见附件验证4pcs电池），
请确认这种情况正常吗？
