请教TPS51200纹波问题

在电路中，使用了TPS51200来做为VTT供电，输出为750mV，发现目前输出有20-30mV的纹波，如输出所示。输出前级为3.3V供电，纹波也就大概20-30mV的样子。VDDQ和VLDOIN没有测到类似的纹波。作为LDO，TPS51200不是言有抑制纹波的能力么，为什么后级和前级纹波数据没有变化，而且我在数据手册里都没有找到PSRR的值，这是为什么？
