客户现场出现很多UCC28C44的VDD击穿短路的，检查电路VDD有18V稳压管和限流电阻，难道是GND上耦合了一些干扰，或是闩锁导致失效？

VDD设计多少伏？ 有没有测试各个状态下VDD的波形？
VDD设计是16v，负载突变的情况下辅助供电绕组会升高到二十多伏，但是稳压二极管能稳在18v。
升高到20多伏会烧芯片Vdd的，可以将VDD电容加大一些看看。同时将稳压管功率选大一点看看。
