LMR38020: LMR38020 FLYBUCK PROBLEM

Part Number: LMR38020

Hi,

I used LMR38020 for a DC-DC flybuck converter with 3 outputs, two of them being not isolated(3.3V/1.5A and 12V/200mA), one of them being isolated(12V/100mA). But the 3.3V output voltage ripple is very large at full load, how should I solve it?

    首先需要考虑layout布局是否合理, 请参见手册 Layout Example， 尤其关注Cboot, RFBB，RFBT，还有变压器位置。https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lmr38020.pdf#page=29

    再有关注变压器质量，避免变压器不同通路之间的影响。

    如果以上无法解决，有可能是该回路电感量过小，请尝试增加电感量。详情请参见9.2.2.4 Inductor Selection。
