1.Is it possible that the RSOC suddenly jumps to 0% when the following conditions trigger an INTERRUPT?
       2.Send 0x0030, IC enters the Seal Device, and cannot be unlocked by default password 0x36720414. What is the default password of BQ27Z561 IC before delivery? Because we didn't change the password, but we couldn't unlock it.
