如果学习过自动控制理论，至少应该是明白这个代表什么意思的。
您好，H（s）是传递函数，s是拉普拉斯算符，第一个公式描述的是ESR零点，第二个公式描述的是这个ESR零点频率要小于开关频率的1/4，这是电源稳定性考虑。
