我现在准备用单片机去读写DATAFLash， 芯片是BQ27541

我现在遇到的问题是当我读F4（单精度浮点型数据）的4个字节数据以后，发现实际和我计算出来的浮点数不一样。请问规格书里面的F4非IEEE标准是什么样的标准，F4的4个字节如何正确转换才能变成实际的浮点数
