TPS659102的VCCIO端（vccio，swio这路）输出电源纹波约100mv，且呈现明显的正弦振荡波形。该路dcdc目前外接电感为2.2uH,电容10uF。请问如何降低电源纹波？是通过改变电容电感的值吗？
