输入电压在电源轨内，大概+-10V的样子可以正常放大，输入电压可以高于电源电压，虽然不会坏，但是放大器的放大功能失去了。
要是用12V电压转换成-12V电压，用什么芯片比较好？
可以使用TPS5430做成反压的buck-boost。
