TLV61220加电烧毁

如上 电路图，后面  还有负载，正常 电流  大概 0.11A，但是现在  一开电 芯片就会烧毁，后来我把C9去掉之后，上电能正常工作1分钟，输出5.4V多，电流0.10，后来0.09，再后来 就烧了，输入电压 5V，电容用的都是军品 坦电容，额定电压16V。低ESR ，电阻是718厂普军级别。
