1.bq27410芯片刚买过来是不是需要经过参数配置完才能读取寄存器里面的电压电流等信息，我一直无法读取里面的值，请问这是什么情况？

2.要是需要参数配置的话，我需要用哪个开发软件，我现在用的是TI  msp430f6638 evm套件。

3.对于硬件电路里面的VCC与I2C的上拉直接是使用reg25的输出电压吗？
