UCC28740只工作在恒流模式

根据PMP9144制作的反激式开关电源，做出来后发现只工作在CC模式，具体体现在空载时输出14.5V，当负载小于7Ω，电源输出恒定电流2.4A，电压随着负载变化而变化，当负载大于7Ω时，因超过电压限制而截止输出，而不是转换为恒压模式输出14.5V，求解决，谢谢！（除了变压器匝数官方并没有说明以外，参数完全与官方方案一致）
