6670电源回灌的问题



您好,目前使用6670芯片,参考6670DEMO的连接方法,DSP电源都是用独立的芯片,但是dsp有一些上拉引脚使用的板子上普通的1.8V(VCC1V8),现在发现dsp未加电时,DSP 的DVDD18电源网络上有1.1V左右的电压,断开板子上VCC1V8,则DVDD18网络正常。所以,怀疑是上拉引脚的电源引起的1.1V。目前,仿真器可以正常连接dsp。请问这会不会影响DSP的正常工作?这种情况是不是有问题?盼复,谢谢,附件中为图形说明

  • 你的设计中把RP1FBN用1K电阻接地,把RP1FBP用4.7K电阻上拉,似乎并不符合我们的DEMO设计。在DEMO设计中,如果RP1FBP,RP1FBN两个信号不用,有特别的处理说明:If the LVDS inputs (RP1CLKP/N pins Y28/AA28 and RP1FBP/N pins Y29/AA29)
    are not used, external connections should be provided to generate a valid
    logic level. The recommended connections for unused LVDS inputs are shown
    in the following figure. The 1-k resistor is used to reduce power and be
    connected to the same 1V8 supply rail the IO’s are connected to。
